Ceramic Coating in Leawood, KS
A real ceramic coating bonded to your clear coat, not a wax that washes off in two months. Lasts a year, three years, or five years depending on the package you pick. Includes the full prep work — decon wash, iron remover, clay, and a panel wipe — because skipping that is how coatings fail early. By appointment only.

Questions about the ceramic coating
What's the difference between a ceramic coating and a wax?
Wax sits on top of the clear coat and washes off in a couple months. A ceramic coating chemically bonds to the clear coat and stays put for years — 1, 3, or 5 depending on the package. The protection level isn't even close.
Which package should I pick?
If you trade cars every couple of years, the 1-year is plenty. If you plan to keep the car a while or it's a daily that lives outside, the 3-year is the sweet spot. The 5-year is for folks who want long-term protection on a vehicle they're keeping.
Will it prevent scratches and rock chips?
It helps with light scratches and surface marring. It's not bulletproof — a hard rock chip on the highway will still chip the paint. But day-to-day swirls from washing and brushing past are dramatically reduced.
What's the aftercare?
Keep the car out of automatic brush car washes — those undo the coating fast. Hand wash or touchless. Skip waxes and sealants on top, they don't bond to coated paint. We give you a one-page sheet with everything when we hand the car back.
Why do you do prep work before applying the coating?
Coatings bond to clean, decontaminated paint. If we put one over road grime, iron particles, or oily residue, the coating fails early or beads weird. The decon wash, iron remover, clay, and panel wipe are how we make sure the coating lasts the full term.
